Become a GLAM Mentor

Being a Mentor at GLAM puts you elbow to elbow with top women business leaders where you can be inspired to reach your dreams! 

 

What we are looking for:


We are looking for young women currently enrolled in or recently graduated from college to volunteer their time to empower and encourage our young attendees. Are you motivated and passionate about inspiring others to reach for the stars? Then this program is for you! Business acumen and technology experience is a plus, but not necessary. We are mainly looking for women who advocate furthering the lives of young girls and have a desire to inspire, empower and encourage.

The Mentor's Role

​

  • Moderate and guide workshops for your assigned group

​

  • Help your group stay motivated and focused on the speakers

​

  • Assist them with tasks such as creating a business plan, pitching ideas, and more...

​

  • Serve as an example/role model

​

  • Work closely with the "GLAM Squad" to execute the event

Experience

You will gain valuable training in leadership, project management, and networking with high-profile business leaders.

Referral Letter

You will receive a referral letter from our GLAM founder and CEO of iTalent Digital to use for college admission or job application. 

Scholarship Entry

You will have the opportunity to enter an essay for our annual Scholarships Awards.
